- His own letterhead and stampA red, green and gold border, Santa's hat as the letterhead and a North Pole stamp in the corner.
- Signed by SantaEvery letter is signed by Santa Claus himself, with a flourish of his pen.
What should a letter from Santa say?
A great letter from Santa feels like Santa really knows your child. In step 2 you choose from four examples, including a poem. These tips make it personal.
Be specific
Children really believe it when Santa knows things only they know. Mention a lost tooth, a new friend at school or the day they helped a little brother.
Keep it positive
A letter from Santa is a compliment, not a telling-off. Want to raise something, like bedtime or tidying up? Make it an encouragement from Santa.
Use Santa's world
The Nice List, the elves, Rudolph, the workshop and the sleigh: small North Pole details make the letter believable and festive.
Write it to be read aloud
Younger children have the letter read to them. Short sentences and a few paragraphs work best, and a poem is extra fun to read aloud.
When should you send it?
We print and mail the letter as soon as you order, so you choose the moment. Just leave enough time for the mail.

Frequently asked questions
What is a personalized letter from Santa?
It's a printed letter from Santa that arrives by mail at your home. You decide what Santa says; we print it in an elegant handwritten script on Santa's own letterhead, with his signature and a North Pole stamp, and mail it to the address you enter.
What does the envelope look like?
The letter travels in a white window envelope from PieterPost, the mail service Santa uses this year. Your child's name and address show through the window; the letter inside is all Santa.
How much does a letter from Santa cost?
A one-page letter costs $3.00, including printing, the envelope and postage. Each extra page is $0.50. You see the exact total before you pay.
When will the letter arrive?
We print your letter and hand it to the mail on working days. US letters are printed in the US and usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days; letters to the UK usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days. Letters to Canada, Ireland and other countries take a few extra days, usually around two and a half weeks. Checkout shows the estimated delivery date. Can one letter be for several children?
Yes. Put all their names on the envelope, for example “Emma and Jack Johnson”, and start the letter with “Dear Emma and Jack”. For one letter each, simply order a letter per child.
Can I see the letter before I order?
Yes. After writing, you see the letter exactly as it will be printed, with the handwriting, letterhead and stamp. You only pay after that.
Do I need an account?

Can my child write to Santa too?
Yes, and it makes a lovely pair: your child writes to Santa first, and Santa writes back. Use our page to send a letter to Santa.
