    Say who should receive the letter or postcard, give the postal address, and describe what you want to say. You can also add a PDF or image.

    Finish payment

    Your agent prepares the exact mail item and price. It can use an approved agent payment method or give you a secure payment link.

    We send the mail

    After payment, PieterPost prints, stamps, and mails the order. Your agent can also ask for its latest status.
